What Can I do?

 What you can do:

Pray:
If you are interested in having a set of prayer cards to remind you and your group to pray, please contact me. The Kilen family needs your prayer for strength, wisdom, and provision. Anunga (the wife) needs a job very soon, as she is graduating from seminary and her new visa requires proof of employment. Please pray for volunteers to come, and for refugees to understand and embrace the truth of the gospel.

Give:
They also need donations of food, diapers, and money. The Kilen family funds much of the ministry on their own, and as students, they are not permitted to work because of their student visas. Many of the women are allowed by their husbands to attend Bible-storying sessions only because they can get much-needed and costly diapers. In December, the Kilens would like to give Christmas bags to families (100 gal Ziplock bags containing blankets, sweaters, toiletries, toys and Bibles.)

Serve:
There is a big need for volunteers to teach English, American life skills, and the Bible to the Bhutanese. They need people who are willing to commit to regular involvement, going to them to share their lives to point them to Jesus.

Serve in your area:
If you do not live near Fort Worth, certainly pray and possibly give. In addition, do a little bit of research in your area. You would be surprised to know how many internationals or refugees live in your area.
